GBPHUB Solutions is a digital marketing agency specializing in Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and Local SEO services, based in Mulund West, Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. Services

  • We offer GMB Profile Setup, Growth Package, and Complete Package as described on our website.
  • Service details, deliverables, and timelines are as specified on our Pricing page.
  • We reserve the right to modify service offerings or pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Monthly subscription services are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected package.
  • Payment must be completed before service delivery begins.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete business information required to deliver our services.
  • You must have ownership or authorized access to the Google Business Profile we will be managing.
  • Timely provision of required materials (photos, business details, etc.) is the client’s responsibility.

5. Results Disclaimer

While we use best practices and proven strategies for Local SEO, we do not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, or business outcomes. Results may vary based on competition, location, and Google’s algorithm updates.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by GBPHUB Solutions for your business remain the property of GBPHUB Solutions until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to the client.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate monthly services with 15 days written notice.
  • GBPHUB Solutions reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of violation of these terms.
  • No refund will be issued for the ongoing month’s services upon client-initiated termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

GBPHUB Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use them. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
