1. Refund Eligibility
- You may request a refund within 45 days from the date of payment.
- Refund requests submitted after the 45-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are subject to verification and approval by GBPHUB Solutions.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
A full or partial refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by error.
- Payment processed but the service was never initiated by GBPHUB Solutions.
- Technical error resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
- The requested service could not be delivered due to reasons on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Services that have been fully delivered or completed.
- Dissatisfaction with Google’s organic search results or ranking outcomes, as specific results cannot be guaranteed.
- Change of mind after work has been substantially completed.
- Failure to provide the required information or access necessary to complete the service.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Additional processing time may apply depending on Razorpay and your bank.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@gbphub.com along with your order details and the reason for the request.
5. Disputes
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a concern regarding a payment, please contact us immediately. We will review the matter and do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.
